We offer employment to skilled workers as well as non-skilled labour – most of our labourers are non-skilled workers off the street – citizens struggling to find a job with consistent income to provide for their households.
We also employ the workers directly with the company – we pride ourselves on the fact that we do not make use of Labour Brokers – which most companies such as ourselves and other construction orientated companies do – We believe that this sets us apart from those other companies.
OUR HISTORY
We have been trading since 2014, Phakama Scaffolding is a Level 2 BBBEEE Contributor and 100% black owned company based in Johannesburg South Africa. We have grown from a small group of employees to a proper established organization with more than 100 permanent employees as of January 2016
